CDM - Construction (Design & Management) 2007
This course is designed to increase awareness and knowledge of the new CDM Regulations with emphasis on the duties, responsibilities and powers of the Client, the Principal Contractor, the Designer and Planning Supervisor.

The correct training will help the personnel involved in the management, design or construction of projects to understand their duties, thereby avoiding, reducing and controlling health & safety risks.

Contract Law
Useful for managers and anyone involved in services or negotiating contracts. The aim of the course is for delegates to realise the practical aspects of law, identify when a contract is formed and install effective management systems for managing risk.
